Chris Radcliff
Hi my name is Chris Radcliff I'm 32 years old, I have been married for almost 11 years and have two great children,
Anastasia almost 7 and Brandon just turned 4. The woman in the picture with me is my awesome wife Brigette We were
at our 10 year anniversary trip to Jamaica.
Here's a little about me.
I spent four years in the US Army Back in 91-95. I was stationed in Hanua Germany for a year and a half and then
got sent to Ft. Polk La.
I'm originally from Ohio (GO BUCKEYES) but now live in Texas. I have been down south for 11 years now and according
to the locals I am still a Yankee and I still have an accent. That being said I'll tell you all about my lifting.
I have been in the gym off and on for about six years now. I took a year off because of injured elbows and went
back running when I hit 265 at 5'10" I spent four month doing cardio and got back down to 230 and have lifted
my way back up to 245.. I need to drop about ten though.
I went to watch a friend of mine T.J. Horner lift in an APF meet last August and got hooked then and there.
I hit the weights hard and heavy from that point on and made some decent gains but tore the lateral meniscus in
my right knee last October. I got it fixed on March 5 2004 (thanks for getting me off my butt Wade)
Speaking of Wade Johnson, he has gotten me an awesome Bench program that has got me going places I never thought
I could. It's amazing what the right information can do for a person.
My goals are to Bench 400 in a meet in August, with Wade's program I believe that will happen. I might even pass
it. My long term goals are to get this knee right and get a total. The meet in August will be BP only.
Thats the long and short of it.
I wish you all good luck with your training and goals.
