Floor Presses with
Bands
These are performed just like regular
floor presses
only the bands increase the weight on
the bar as it
rises. The number of dumbells used
for the bands is
how one adjusts when the bands contribute
to the
movement. More dumbells and the
bands will apply
tension lower, less dumbells and the bands
will come
into play at a higher bar position.
Always use
collars on the ends for safety.
