Hobbies : Powerlifting and football (soccer to the US readers) - follow the local football team Wycombe Wanderers (who?)

Been competing in the BDFPA/IDFPA since 1989 when I stopped doing judo (was getting too injured!) and still wanted to pursue a competitive sport. (Still bench pressing about the same as what I did back then!)

Train 3x/week using some elements of the WSB routines. Still trying to seek the 'magical' routine which will improve the bench!

Achievements/Best Lifts:

Squat : 485 raw, 572lb (assisted)

Deadlift : 650k (raw or assisted - get no benefit from a suit).

Bench Press : (last and least) 330lb raw (never worn a shirt)

3 times WDFPF world raw champion.
