Worked out as a Bodybuilder (non competetive) for about 10 years before switching to Powerlifting in November 2002 (probably due to my love of squats :-} ).

Not yet entered a meet but gym lifts are.....

Goals are BP 400, Squat and Dead 600 and to close the CoC No2 Gripper for reps by the end of the year
