Michael O'Connell

I was born (5-1-65) and raised in NYC and moved to Ann Arbor, MI in 1988.
Currently I do web programming (primarily in a Cold Fusion environment), but
am working my way through Schoolcraft College's Culinary Arts program.
Miriam and I are married 5 years this last June, and she is in the CA
program full time.

I started weightlifting to overcome various health problems related to a car
accident in my youth. Over the last several years I've added 50 pounds of
(not entirely lean) bodyweight, and have gone from being able to squat just
the bar to having 315 within striking distance by the end of the year.
(Currently I'm running about 210 lbs bw).
