Rear delt cable raises are
a good way to isolate the
rear delt.
Begin the movement far enough
away from the
pulley to provide a good
stretch in the start
position.
The arm is raised outward
with just a slight
elbow bend to take stress
off the joint. The hand is kept in line with the ear, in other words,
the arm should be moving
outward and forward a bit,
not back.
