Chest Supported Rows

Chest Supported Rows are useful to concentrate on
upper back and lat work without bringing the lower
back into play.  A number of grips can be used and
bands can also be added, as they are in the pictures,
to work the back even harder.
 

Get a good stretch at the bottom. Just like regular barbell rows.

Again this is just like a T-Bar row with no stress on the back.
