Tricep Pushdown
This exercise is a great way to hit the triceps while using relatively few other muscle groups.

Begin this exercise with the forearms at a 90 degree angle or less to the upper arms. Elbows tucked in to the sides.

While keeping the upper arms as stationary as possible, and back straight, press the apparatus down.
This exercise can be done with a variety of grips as well as using a rope.
