Wall Squat




Kris Johnson demonstrates a wall squat

The first picture is Kris in the starting position of the wall squat. Get your squat stance and stand against the wall in the starting position. Note: if you have a t-shirt with print on it, you may want to turn it inside out. The print tends to generate friction and will not allow your body to glide as well. We generally will perform the wall squat with our arms folded in front of us. Whatever you find comfortable will work.
